You can calculate your daily calorie intake using the following equation:

Kilocalories per day = Body Weight in Kg x 25 + Activity Factor

The activity factor you use will depend on how active your lifestyle is, use the following as guidelines:
  • Activity Factor of + 20% if you live a sedentary lifestyle - a desk bound job, drive or use public transport to commute, do little or no other activity
  • Activity Factor of + 50% if you live a moderately active lifestyle - if you are on your feet most of the day, walk or cycle to work, some form of formal activity (e.g. gym, swimming, aerobics) 3-4 times per week.
  • Activity Factor of + 100% if you live a very active lifestyle - if you have an very active occupation that is labour intensive, or you are very active for long periods most days of the week (e.g. endurance training for marathon)
Therefore, if you weight 100 Kg and fall under activity factor +50%, your daily calorie intake would be:

100 Kg x 25 + 50% = 2500 + 50% of 2500 = 3750 kcals per day

You should never consume less than Body Weight Kg x 25 Kcals per day, any dieting plan that suggests this is not recommended!
