The myBody package

The myBody package is for you if you want to achieve safe, effective and long-term fat loss. we prefer the term fat loss over weight loss as it more accurately describes our aim. We do not believe in dieting by heavily restricted calorie intake. Safe, effective and long-term fat loss can only be achieved through a balance of activity and healthy nutrition - get these right and the days of counting calories will be over.
