Progression - ensuring that overload is managed progressively as your body adapts to previous overload so that your body continues to adapt as desired.

Rest - adaptation of your body can only occur when it is resting and recovering from some previous form of overload or challenge. Ensuring sufficient rest is critical to achieving your goals.
