We prefer the term fat loss over weight loss as it more accurately describes our aim. We do not believe in dieting by heavily restricted calorie intake. Safe, effective and long-term fat loss can only be achieved through a balance of activity and healthy nutrition - get these right and the days of counting calories will be over.
